By accessing or using Resume Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Resume Analyzer is an AI-powered tool that analyzes resumes against job descriptions to produce an ATS compatibility score, keyword match percentage, identified strengths and weaknesses, and improvement suggestions. Results are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee employment outcomes.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based model. One credit is consumed per resume analysis. • Credits are purchased through Stripe and added to your account upon successful payment confirmation. • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts. • Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion — contact support within 14 days of purchase. • We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Upload content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service. • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or fraudulent job applications. • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design, trademarks, and content comprising Resume Analyzer are the property of the operator. Your resume content remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or complete. AI-generated analysis may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for career decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
